Education
Donnamarie has a strong background in leadership and communication – skills that are required for effective professional coaching and consulting. She also has a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College with a concentration in Management and Marketing. Her B.A., in Sociology, is from College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts. In addition, as a CPCC, she completed her coaching certification training through The Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael, CA and The Rescue Institute, Golden, CO, as a Certified MasterMind Executive Coach™. Also, Donnamarie completed extensive coursework at Harvard University Extension School and New England School of Art and Design.
Professional Experience
Prior to establishing her coaching and consulting practice, Donnamarie spent over 20 years in high technology, consumer, services and manufacturing industries with positions in Marketing, Consulting, Planning, Design, International and Domestic Customer Service and Inside Sales. Through this experience, she acquired the background for team building, fulfillment in one’s career and a strong knowledge about what is important in her life both professionally and personally.
In addition, Donnamarie completed “The School for the Work,” Trumbull, CT with author Byron Katie; “The Stress Reduction Program” at the Center for Mindfulness, UMass Medical School, Worcester, MA, founded by author Jon Kabat-Zinn; a three year program “Heart of Genesis Education,” Ashland, OR with authors Gary Zukav and Linda Francis; “The Purposeful Coach Training,” San Diego, CA – a process to help clients and companies find their purpose taught by author Tim Kelly; and is a Reiki Master, Northampton, MA, with Reiki Master Teacher & CHT, Wendy Weatherwax.
