How the Program Works
Usually, after a complimentary coaching consultation, we design our coaching alliance within a
Discovery Session. Next, we schedule two or three times sessions per month; 45 minutes each. Although some major shifts may occur in a single session, more significant, lasting changes occur over a longer period of time. In order to give the coaching process the necessary time to evolve, a 3-6 month commitment is highly recommended for best results. Afterwards, we work together from month to month until you feel complete in the process.
